So, Becky, tell us more about Waymark Property Management.

Thanks, Dave! We are a full-service property management company located in South Central Pennsylvania. We manage a variety of properties, including over 30 units owned by Dave himself. Our team provides comprehensive residential and some commercial property management services.

What are some common questions you receive from the community?

One question we often get is, “What exactly do you do?” The answer is that we handle the entire spectrum of property management services. From marketing and leasing to maintenance and turnovers, we manage every aspect of the process, ensuring a smooth experience for both property owners and tenants.

What’s your favorite part of property management?

I can definitely relate to that! After self-managing for 12 years, I handed my properties over to Waymark and regained my peace of mind. I no longer receive those 2 a.m. phone calls! Plus, our expertise allows us to price and improve properties effectively, which has resulted in landlords like myself netting more after transitioning to professional management.

Reflecting on the past year, what achievements are you most proud of?

I’m particularly proud of our growth. We’ve been expanding our portfolio and welcoming new landlords. It’s incredibly rewarding to work with first-time property owners and help them realize the potential of their investments.

Looking ahead, what are you excited about for the future?

We’re implementing robust processes to support our growth, ensuring that we can continue to provide exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. With over 300 units in our portfolio, these processes are essential for maintaining a great customer experience.
