Today I want to share the latest news about the Bennington Community Housing Development by Gemcraft Homes. A lot has happened since my last Easter blog post. A number of houses are already under construction, some have sold, and a few families have even moved in.
In the last five months, 33 lots have sold and gone under reservation, leaving only one lot still up for sale. However, next week, there will be 13 more lots released to our new home consultant, CJ Longnecker. They’ll be available for you to design your dream home.
