We’re highlighting a neighborhood that’s truly special to us.

Why is Chapel Hill an amazing place to raise your family in Pennsylvania? It all comes down to location, location, location.

I was actually born in Chapel Hill, which is also nearby. Although my personal connection may not be a deciding factor for most people, I can honestly say that these neighborhoods have unbeatable locations. They offer a wooded streetscape, mature landscapes, and old trees that make for a beautiful setting.

“The neighborhoods have low traffic volume, making it easy to take walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery.”

Forest Park and Chapel Hill were developed between the 1950s and the 1990s. The lot sizes average around a third of an acre, and the houses range from the late 1950s to the mid-1980s in terms of construction date. The property values in Forest Park range from $350,000 to $500,000, depending on size and location.

One of the best things about these neighborhoods is their central location. They are close to I-80 and Wal-Mart and within walking distance of downtown Dickinson Law School, restaurants, the Carlisle Regional Medical Center, and other amenities. The neighborhoods have low traffic volume, making it easy to take walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
